		Southwest Fibre Co-op The Southwest Fibre Co-op was formed in November 1999 to have a producer group come together to explore the expansion of ag related industry in their region of the province. It was thought that this formation would be a catalyst to analyze and develop a strategic plan for the enhancement of opportunities in all ag sectors.
