The Mission of the Killarney & District Community Development Corporation Ltd. (KDCDC) is to promote and enhance the community and increase economic development and job creation within the Town of Killarney and R.M. of Turtle Mountain. The KDCDC will assist meriting entrepreneurs with available financial and management resources for viable, sustainable development projects.
